Hey guys,

I'm considering a fare on Thai but the tickets are V and W class for the return leg. Now after checking asiana's earning it says that V and W for Thai are 100% But I spotted this on the bottom:

Effective Nov 7, 2011
*V, *W : 0% -> 100%(for only Domestic Flight)

So does that mean that those fare basis codes are ONLY creditable for domestic only?.

Cheers
P.S this is obviously an INTL flight that im looking at.

Yes, TG V and W domestic flights earn 100% with OZ. TG V and W international earn nothing with OZ, TG, and most, if not all other FFP's.

SQ W Class earns 100% with OZ However zero miles with V class. Looking at the OZ membership guide There are several other * member airlines that allow you to earn miles on V & W Sometimes only 25% but a few up to 100% But as the last post said unfortunately Zero on TG :(

I thiink SQ maps their booking classes quite differently than TG does. Last I checked, SQ Q doesn't earn any miles, but TG Q definitely does. And as you say, SQ W earns, but TG W doesn't.

I just noticed I got bit with this. I thought the disclaimer at the bottom meant that a 0->100% change happened on domestic segments, and international segments earned 100%.

Could have flown CX for the same price and at least earned miles :(
