Hilton HHonors - What are the best Hilton props on the NE coast and West Coast?

Planning a trip with my two year old toddler this early October and we will be renting a car and heading to either the West or E to NE coasts. Can anyone please recommend the best of the best oceanside Hilton properties on either coast?

I'm a fan of the Hilton Garden Inn Kitty Hawk/Outer Banks here on the North Carolina coast. Pleasant beaches, good restaurants, the Wright Brothers Memorial, light houses. All in all a good time and an excellent hotel.
