Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - mileage posting complaint

does anyone know a specific person at Alaska I can complain to to get my miles posted. I'm a DL Gold Medallion and took Alaska flight 10 days ago and provided my DL # for the flight. everybody at Alaska agrees that they can see my DL freq. flyer # but the miles haven't posted to my DL account yet. I need the freakin' miles to jump to the next tier in Delta and i'm flying next week. any help would be appreciated. Admittedly, DL says there's nothing they can do b/c it wasn't on their metal - which makes sense to me. Thanks for any ideas.

Alaska post the miles for you you. They submit the flight info to Delta, and Delta posts your miles. If something was missed in the communication between the 2 airlines, you should be able to submit your eticket and boarding pass to Delta to have them post it manually. When that happens on our side, we ask that you wait 2 weeks to claim missing miles... I don't know what Delta's rules are in that regard.

Delta is ultimately responsible for posting your miles to your Delta SkyMiles account. (AS can't "push" them to Delta--that should have already happened when you put your number on your AS ticket.)
