Has anyone done the tour of the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia? Is it worth it? How long does it last? Is it worth it?
Mr. Kipper and I were planning to squeeze in a tour the next time we're in Philadelphia, but we weren't sure we'd have time.
Thanks!

We did a tour a few years ago with one of my alumni associations. I can't remember if we actually paid for it or not, but if we did pay, it wasn't more than $10-12 or so. The tour was about an hour. It was mildly (not wildly) interesting.

Mr. Kipper can tour it for free, while I have to pay admission. An hour tour would mean that we could opt for the first tour of the day and still make it back to the hotel before check-out. :) Thanks!

It's probably far too late, but I did this tour with some friends in November. The building is really beautiful, and the tour guide really did his best to minimize the cult-y, secret fraternity-type aspects of the organization. I would never have gone if my friend hadn't been extremely interested, but I'm glad I went - it was something different, and I learned some new stuff.

We did not make it there on our last visit, but are still planning on a tour at some point.
