Hawaii-based Airlines - 24 hr refund issues

So I purchased a ticket yesterday 8-21 at 10pm PST for a flight on 8-27. 7 day in advanced right?
Ok so I go to cancel with 24 hrs per rule:
allow customers to cancel reservations made 7 or more days prior to departure without penalty if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

I am being told I purchased this 6 days in advance 27-21= 6 days

Sounds pretty fishy loose interpitation of a rule:confused:

I've got to side with the airline here - If I purchased on 8-21 I'd expect a 7 day advance would mean flying on 8-28, or 1 week later. Just look at a calendar.

OP missed by a day.

seems pretty clear, cut and dry to me. you missed by a day. I don't understand how you could have mixed this up. it's even worse if you factor in hawaiian time.
