InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - some questions about chase PC card feature and promotion.

I am thinking about applying for Chase PC card and have some questions:
1. Current offer is 60000 PC points bonus. I read some people get 80000 bonus. Is this promotion still on?
2. There is 10% rebate reward reservation and maximum is 100K. My question is: 100k is the rebate you can get back or only 10k you can get back?
3. Free e-certificate. What kind of hotelcan this annual free e-certificate be used? Any hotel in IGH group? It is too good to be true.
4. I have some reward reservation in 2013, if I apply PC card this month, can I get rebate for earlier reservation?
Thanks!

You can use the certificate anywhere except for all inclusives. My 80,000 offer was in an email from P.C.
For your last question, I'm not sure, but I mistakenly made an award reservation with an Amex. At check-in, I handed them my PC Visa. A few weeks later, I was surprised to see my rebate.

Thanks, For PC chase card point rebates, there is a maximum 100K limit. My english is not good. That means:
1. you can redeem 1m point and get 100k rebate, or
2. you can redeem 100k point and get 10k rebate?

Just an FYI, in MileBuzz! there is a sticky that has a link to all of the special credit card offers. Here is the link on the 80,000 PC credit card thread:

For the 10% back on award reservations, they will have to be made after you are approved for the card. As long as they are not on a special rate (Pointsbreak, 1/2 off promotion), you will want to rebook the award nights after you have been approved for the card.
Yes, the certificate can be used for any IHG hotel worldwide. While this seems to be too good to be true, Chase and PC probably do make money on the deal as the reimbursement to the hotel is usually less than the cost of the annual fee.
In some circumstances, PC is paying close to the room rate, but with the breakage from people not using the certificate and the difference in average reimbursements, I think that they are quite a bit ahead.

Thanks, that is really helpful. I am thinking PC card or hyatt card in my next chase application. Now I choose PC card.
