Swiss International Airlines - upgrading one segment in award booking

I have a c-class award booking with departure next Wednesday. Is it possible to upgrade one segment of the booking to F-class? If yes, until when can this be done?

Officially, you cannot upgrade an award ticket with either miles or e-vouchers....

But I could cancel one segment and book it new in first, no?

Provided availability, you can change your award (at a fee) to have the one segment in First Class. Typically, this reprices the award mileage requirement to 50% C / 50% F level. Award ticket changes can be made up until 2 work days prior to departure.

what if I have multiple segments in F and one segment in J. Can I call to request to be re-ticketed the J into F if availability opens up?
