Qantas Frequent Flyer - Points from Avis Israel not being credited in my account

I have in the last years rented countless times a car from Avis, my frequent flyer number is mentioned in the contract, but for some reason the points recently aren't showing in my accound.

Any ideas or advice please?

Is it a specific rental from Israel or are you referring to all rentals from Avis? Not all Avis outlets give QF points - eg ANC specifically refuses to give points (ie "does not participate in FF programs").
