Are the business class seats on all flights from New Zealand ( Auckland/Christchuch) the old product? The spacebed?

Yes, was in the spacebed from SIN to AKL last month.

SQ 281/282 is usually the new regional C, sometimes Spacebed. SQ285/6 is the "new" long-haul J on the 77W. Don't know about the CHC-SIN vv flights but guessing Spacebed.
