Credit Card Programs - CC minimum spending question

Regarding completing minimum spending for credit card sign-up bonuses:

After purchasing items (gas, groceries, etc) throughout the month using a credit card, can I pay off that credit card bill with a different credit card?

Also, will paying off a credit card bill with another credit card negativily affect my credit score?

Credit card issuers do not accept credit cards for payment.
