I'm sure this is a newbie question, but I'm confused. I looked up LAX to SJU on the US Air website 3 days ago. September was full of Low redemptions of 50,000 miles round-trip in First Class.
I was ready to book today and when I went back, every single one of the Low options was gone. Is this normal? Did I make a newbie mistake and just wait too long? Am I out of luck now? I guess I'm just surprised that every good option for the month would disappear in 3 days.
