WestJet Rewards - YYZ-LGA questions

Thanks to Delta's new code share, I will be flying WS YYZ-LGA. A couple questions.
Do you clear US customs in YYZ like you do on DL metal?

Are there kiosks for check in? I have status on DL, but evidently that doesn't transfer to WS. So how long, with no bags to check will it take me to check in on a Friday afternoon?

It's still a WS transborder flight so yes, preclearance is in YYZ.
