Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - Vietnam Airlines GLP SkyTeam zones

Hi,

Does anyone know what the country breakdown for the VN Skyteam zones is?
The rates are posted here:

However, it does not specify which countries belong to which zone, e.g. is Hawaii part of North America, or which countries belong in which South America zone, etc. etc.

This is the best I could find, their promotions page. On it HNL is part of the US.
