Hello,
I have booked AMS-ZRH via CGD. I land at CDG 2F on Sunday at 19.00 and should leave at 20.00 from 2G. When I booked, I did not notice that I needed to change terminal.
I am a bit concerned about the short connecting time. Indeed according to the customer guide of CDG (http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/en-GB/Professionnals/Home/CustomerguideCDG2012.htm) the MCT for 2F->2G is 120 minutes.
I called KLM to ask if I could be rebooked on a different flight (e.g. a direct one), for fear of missing my connection and being stranded in paris for the night (it is the last flight of the day). I have been told that the MCT is 45 minutes according to KLM, so that they will change my booking. They also will rebook me only in case of delay exceeding 15 min.
So here I ask: how is it possible that KLM and CDG have two very different MCT, and which one should I take into account? (direct experience is welcome)
What would you advise me to do, to be sure to get to ZRH on sunday evening?
