InterContinental Hotels: Priority Club & Inter-Continental Ambassador - Ambassador BOGO night - both non-qualifying nights?

I recently stayed using BOGO from the ambassador kit. The stay has been posted to my account and it showed non-qualifying.

I did some research on the forum and the first night should be qualifying night and second night should be non-qualifying (as it is free). I also remember that on the reservation, it states : points to be earned '2,000'.

I have called the hotel and was told by their reservation team that ambassador BOGO nights are non-qualifying stays and you don't earn points on them.

I know there are quite a few discussion between Priority club and Priority privilege BOGO as they are separate programs and you don't earn points on BOGO nights etc. Now even ambassador weekends nights are non-qualifying?

Can someone please help to confirm this? Thank you :)

Yes I can confirm you used the BOGO and received non qualifying nights. And I can also confirm you have created yet another post related to the BOGO and non qualifying nights. I can also confirm the world is round.

As noted endlessly in the other posts call customer service.
