Never flown through HOU and was wondering if all the WN gates are grouped closely together or are they spread out such as at BWI or MDW? Is 30 minutes really sufficient time to connect to my next flight at HOU? Thanks for any guidance you can provide.
Its a small airport and 30 mins is enough. Gates are all within 5 mins of each other if not less.

HOU's terminal is shaped like a T and all the the gates are in the two branches. Thirty minutes should be fine as long as you're on time.

If you are a preboarder, that often starts 30 minutes before the flight leaves. So if you have physical issue, are a COS, are traveling with your cello, or are a newsperson with large camera equipment, or an LEO it might be too tight.
It might also be tight for BS passengers to get there in time to board with BS. Likewise for A-list.
Can you get there before the plane buttons up? Absolutely. Will you get your early boarding position, maybe not.

You'll have time to make your flight, but unfortunately you won't have time for a quick stop at Pappadeaux. (yum)
