No. It's fairly standard amongst FFPs in Europe that you can not transfer miles out into any other program. Other schemes would be viewed as "the competition".
It's a loyalty scheme, after all, so they would not make it easy for you to transfer points out into any other scheme (which would indicate that maybe you wanted to stick with that other scheme in the future).
The best you can do is spend your miles on a redemption on any of their partners (hotels, car hire, airlines, etc) or donate the miles to one of their 3 charities.

starwood and chase have points that can be transferred into M&M. i presume other hotel and credit card companies transfer points into M&M. m&m has one of the highest add on charges for "free " tickets

Chase? By what means are you referring? Many of the hotel programs do transfer to M&M.

I use Chase UR, so I know they don't partner directly, however one can waste transfer points via Marriott, for example. Not that I would recommend that to anyone.
