United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - Reservation listed but cannot be shown under 'My Account'

Hi,

I have an award reservation which was ticketed almost two months ago. I was always able to view it under 'My Account' and was even able to change some of the flights a week ago. Now, since yesterday, it is still listed under the 'My Account' page but shows the wrong destination (the first stopover is shown) and when I click on 'View' it constantly gives me an error.

Anyone seen this before? Should I call United and have them check it?
All flights are on partner airlines and I can see the reservation there just fine with their PNR (LH/SG/QR).

There might be an issue with the second leg (thus it doesn't recognize the destination for the main reservations page). I would to make sure there aren't any issues.

Yes, call NOW because stuff does happen and you don't want to get to the airport and find an unpleasant surprise. I had one of those issues on an EWR-LAS trip and the problem related to equipment changes that caused our seats to change.

Just called United and they did something to fix it. Everything seems to be in order now.

I was checking the website the other day to review upcoming reservations. I have seven confirmed bookings through December, but the last one did not show up in the display. I did a search using the PRN or whatever they now call that number now, and the missing reservation was displayed. I am guessing that the old CO system has space limits on the display of future reservations. If you have this experience, try entering the PRN before waiting on line to talk to the tech folks. (I realize this may be unrelated to the issues faced by the OP)
