On the news here tonight that at midnight TN's fourth strike this year begins. The third strike was just this last week. I'm here in FP now and barely avoided problems getting here.

It sounds as though the Tahiti airport strike may have been averted. I think TN was blamed for this last possible strike when it wasn't them causing potential delays this time.
Here in Bora Bora now and haven't heard anything else lately. That seems to change quickly especially this last week or so.

How was your flight on Air Tahiti?
It was ok for business class. Seats are cloth. Flight left just after midnight so not too much food service obviously for an overnight flight. Very light meal was served about 1:30AM west coast time which was fine that late.
If I had to do it all over again I would choose either the two middle seats or bulkhead on the window-aisle combination. The seats in front of you in business class come way down into your space. Every time someone with a window seat has to get up it looks like someone is joining the mile high club.

Sorry for the confusion. I didn't mean TN. I mean Air Tahiti the domestic airline. I think they are running ATR's between PPT and MOZ and Bora Bora.
