Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - "Flight Data not confirmed" on mileage accrual

Hi All,

I did a retro-claim for some mileages flown on LX this June and here is what it shows on my account after a few weeks...

*On selected LX code share flights within the ranges LX4220-LX4239, LX4270-LX4279, LX4600-LX4639 and LX8000-LX8499 you are earning award miles only. Status Miles, HON Circle Miles and Executive Bonus are not being granted on these flights.
While that doesn't specifically explain the data not being confirmed, I suspect there is a slowdown at Edelweiss (as the operating carrier) in passing the confirmation that you you were onboard to M&M. I'm not sure who you'd contact in this case, M&M (as your FFP), LX (as the ticketed company) or WK (as the operating company).

Yes I was aware about the status miles, which I don't really need as I'm trying to clear off this M&M account with the missing few thousand Award miles to redeem a ticket.

I just wanted to know what that meant... I guess I'll just be a bit more patient :rolleyes: but it's not my forte.
