In Italy these two things are, for the most part, mutually exclusive. There is a Carrefour near Udine, but that's quite a distance, and will sell you the same giant sized pasta sauce that you can get at a Costco, and thus doesn't qualify as "real" Italian food.

Just ask when you get there and don't be concerned that the space they send you is about the size of a US convenience store. Prices on prosciutto and cheese may be cheaper than Vienna, as for Candy/Sweets - also probably cheaper - but frankly, not nearly as good as one finds in Vienna

I apologize but I'm not sure I understand this question

As Palal says, normally this connection is doable.

However, at the moment, there is engineering work on the Innsbruck-Brenner stretch, with buses replacing trains on several dates through to September.

These trains are operated by different companies (DB/OeBB for the Eurocity and trenitalia for the regional train), so don't expect the connection to be held even if the Eurocity is delayed only by a few minutes. However, there'll only be half-an-hour to wait for the next train.

I have a question about this Train: R 4641
Normally all ÖBB regio Trains the the Comment "2nd class only" but not this Train. I Call the ÖBB and ask in Facebook but nobody know more about this train. The all look just in the Timetable. Did anybody know which Class this Train have? I hope there is an 1Class Coach.

About half are operated by trenitalia, and half by SAD - but you're right, the 12:50 from Fortezza is a SAD train.

I doubt you will get power points on these trains - but you'll be OK on the EC to Fortezza (sit in a 4-seat Business Class compartment if you can, the usual supplement for these over a 1st class ticket does not apply on the DB/OeBB Eurocity) and the Railjet.
