JetBlue TrueBlue - Two people booked, one might not show up, consequences for the traveler?

I've got a one way itinerary booked for next week on B6 for myself and my partner. I just fractured my heel and don't want to travel. The price has gone up since I booked and it's cheaper not to cancel the two person reservation then cancel and rebook book my partner alone.

Is there any consequence to her flying that day? If I don't show up, B6 will still honor her ticket, right?

No consequence at all. And if you have a doctors note indicating that you are unable to travel you should be able to get your ticket changed for free or credited to a travel bank, I believe.
