I was trying to look at flights with AirAsia X from SYD to KUL for June next year but it looks like you can only book flights up to 9 months ahead, which is really unusual for AirAsia in my experience. I thought they liked advance bookings and people can usually book flights up to 13 months ahead. Is something weird going on? Are they considering dropping the route? Most airlines allow you to book up to 11 months ahead. Can somebody shed any light on this?

Checked again and the furthest date for bookings on the SYD-KUL sector is still May 22. Something is very dodgy here...

45 days in advance is pretty standard for ex/to/intra-Asia discounts to show up.

Hi, if you are still having problems , can I recommend GA.
I have just finished buying tickets for MEL/SYD flights out to 25th June 2013
The fares work out at a heaps better than half price, all mileage earners and changeable even for name which is important for me
