Hilton HHonors - Still waiting for a stay to post

First time poster, so go easy.

Wife and I stayed at the Hilton Elara in Las Vegas on 7/20 through 7/23.

The stay has still not posted to the account. A quick call to the hhonors line last week and a ticket number was created but still nothing. As a back up I was asked to fax a copy of the bill to the hhonnors CS department, I have done that.

Still nothing, Has anyone else had this happen? My hhonors number was in the reservation however i am told that the hotel may not be on hiltons computer system yet. Apparently it was previously a hard rock property.

Definitely UNSAT that it has taken so long and still not credit! Many others have had problems getting credit for stays at this hotel.

if it doesn't post 2 weeks after you called then you should call back to ask about it again.

if you booked it through hilton then you should be fine.

this was not some sort of a tour package deal was it?

We stayed there 7/23 thru 7/27. Same thing. Points haven't posted. I tried to do the missing points thing online and it wouldn't accept it b/c the reservation is in my husband's name but they registered us under both. Called CS and she couldn't find our confirmation number. She told me to email the receipt and confirmation to hhonors@hilton.com. Just did that today, so will be watching for them.

However, I am registered for the 3x points promo and all my stays go on the Hhonors AMEX. A stay in LA from th-fr (2 days ago) just posted but nothing from this LAs Vegas trip, very frustrating.

so if you have called it in as a staying missing from your account, they are probably working on it.

if it is not found in about 2 weeks you should call back.

they will locate it for you and get it posted if it is as you reported (it sounds like an eligible stay). it sounds like something to do with the way the hotel is reporting theses stays.

My past 4 stays (all different hotels) haven't posted (kind of).

The stays show in my history, there are links to view the eFolio, but when you click the links you can't view the eFolio. However, there doesn't seem to be any points posted or stay credit posted.

My last stay checking out Sep 28 still has not posted. Like you said, it shows in my account, but no points have posted nor is the folio available! Check out on a Friday and by Sunday it's usually there. I called the Diamond Desk last night to ask if they were having issues and the rep brushed me off with "It can sometimes take up to 72 business hours to post. It should be there by Wednesday."

Well, I got news for you. It's Wednesday and the website has changed to the new layout, but still no points, no efolio access and it still says I need x days to retain Diamond status when that last stay should've put me over the top! I will give them until tomorrow, then I will call again to make some noise.

Same thing here. Exactly the same thing happened to me. Same date too. Folio not available. Have been checking the account quite religiously since Sunday.

My check-out that was on 9/29 hasn't posted yet either. The stay is listed on the recent stay listing with no folio attached and the amount that is reported as "spent" is not correct. It says I've earned "0" points. My "Stay" register has not recorded the stay as of yet either. I'm not attempting to call because I know I'll get the "you have to wait 5 business days" brush off by the current regime of order takers at Hilton

Apparently stays from end of last week are just being posted (some kind of computer glitch that they are aware of). Wait until tomorrow AM before requesting anything still missing.

Same problem here - except I see the folio - no points, no stay credit. Maybe moving to the new web site format has caused some IT choking? Will wait to call for a few more days.

The good news is that the new web site recognizes that I am doing the diamond challenge and correctly lists the number of nights left to go (minus the missing stay).

Having the same issue. Stays on Sept 27 and Sept 28, both show in profile with no credit for either stay and no points. Hilton IT needs to get its act together.

Also having issues logging onto to re-formated web site. Has been taking 3 attempts each time I try to log in.

My stay from Oct 1 is showing BUT showing points earned as Zero and not showing the stay credit either. I am so sick of IT glitches. Between UA and now this it is exhausting.

I called DD and the rep told me they're aware of the glitch in their systems and it would be resolved within 48 hours. FWIW.

Just heard the same thing. I had a stay at the NRT Hilton, stay posted, but with 0 points as well. Heard back that they know about the glitch, and will receive credit in 48 hours.

Update: One of my stays has been updated. I can see that I earned tons of points with my stay, but another problem still has yet to be solved - the stay credit was not updated.

Credit for my stay from last week has now posted correctly. Hilton seems to be working through the kinks of converting the system.

BearX220, 30th was a Sunday. I find that it takes a little longer for stays to post if you check out on a Sunday. Given the problems they have had in the past few days with their system, expect an even longer delay. I think you should see your stay posted on your account by Saturday.

Same experiences here. I've had a stay 9/27-9/28, booked through booking.com, it shows up on hhonors.com, but no stay credit. My next stay 9/28-9/30, booked through the Hilton site did show up correctly, but posted miles to my US account instead of VS. The desk clerk spent about 10 minutes to change it, but the US FF still showed on my bill ;-<

My points and stay were posted properly this morning.

Finally 3 of my 4 stays have posted. I guess I need to call about the 4th...

For those experiencing the delayed posting for stays this past weekend, when the points finally posted, did the 2x/3x promo points also post? My base, silver, and AMEX points finally posted yesterday or earlier today; but I didn't get my 3x bonus points.

My points and stay were posted properly this morning.

+1. Thank goodness for FT or I would have been torturing the DD all week. I patiently waited for them to post.
