I have made numerous reservations online now at the WR site and the rate NEVER is shown on the emailed confirmation, nor when checking the reservation itself on the website of the brand itself. Why??? I am contantly calling cusomter service to email me a reservation confirmation with the rate shown. This seems highly inefficient for all concerned. There must be a better way, right? The online reservation process can't be this broken, can it? This never happens with any of the other chains, and it never doesn't with Wyndham.
