It is actually the marketing department of the MP partner. In this case, AVIS was trying to hook you up with their rental car on your next trip.

Aww seem like I can't join the fun. :P

It seems like every time you have an upcoming flight they send you the OP post, trying to get you to book a car with AVIS for miles. It is rather annoying.
