Hi all,

I'm booked on Korean in January and unfortunately had to book through a travel agent as it is a multi-airline, uncommon route. I am booked in economy on 2 legs, and prestige on the other 2.

I would like to be able to upgrade my economy fares to prestige or at the very least be able to choose seats, but I am unable to access my booking on Korean's website (I've never booked with a travel agent before, didn't even think about this).

Is there a way I can do this? Paying cash of course.

Your flight should appear on the KE website if you gave the travel agency your Skypass number. I know when I booked through Travelocity it appeared there. Then you could upgrade it.

Eugh thanks. I'll contact my travel agent and see if she can add it to the booking. My SkyPass membership is new.

I don't see why they can't just let you edit your flight with a booking number and surname.

EDIT: OK, the travel agent has (relatively painlessly) added my number to the booking but it still doesn't show up on KE's website, but hopefully I just have to wait for their system to be updated.

Rightio. I can't find the upgrade button anywhere on the website. Would anyone like to let me know where this is/if it exists. I'd rather fly Y than have to upgrade over the phone (yes I am that much of a misanthrope)
