US Airways Dividend Miles - Hold Time For Res Ridiculous Today

Any faster way to get through to reservations agents? Been on hold for 60 minutes so far today. Booked my pregnant daughter and husband in First selected seats and today I go to check them in and they moved them to two window seats. I don't think my daughter is going to be real happy climbing over someone every 10 minutes to go to the bathroom for 4 1/2 hours:eek:

If she is still in first, she can ask someone to switch once on-board. most people will agree to help out someone who wants to sit next to her husband.

Short of running into a real DYKWIA passenger, in my experience 98% of people will be willing to accomodate.

Just keep checking via web check in if other seats open up. Otherwise reservations cant help you. They wont move seats of other passengers.

How does not wanting to move seats equate somebody to be a DYKWIA?

Went through the "international" phone line and finally got through. Rep was very accommodating and took care of everything. Must be some really bad irops today
