I have no idea if this is a promotion or not but when I was experimenting with flights for the March 2013 trip, I noticed that domestic flights are super cheap if you buy them more than 6 months in advance. Try it-do a fare quote DPS-DJJ or DPS-JKT in March, then do it for Feb 8. The prices can be as much as 1/3-1/4 the normal price!
