I am not Pastor Steven Anderson. I just like his example:

For those like me who may be put off at watching a 13-minute video, one encounter with border patrol is in the first 3 minutes, another starts at about 7:30.

CheckpointUSA.org has numerous encounters with internal border checkpoints in the Constitution-Free Zone in AZ. You come away from watching with the conclusion that this is way out of control.

That website is like porn for me - I can watch it all day.

And it really is out of control, especially the stuff where they stop you long enough with "immigration" questions to give the dog time to sniff. I sure hope that the Florida dog cases up before SCOTUS next year will restore some of the liberty that was taken by the Rehnquist court a few years ago. That fishing expedition type stuff is shameful.

The Constitution Free Z:eek:ne (http://www.aclu.org/constitution-free-zone-map) is a lot bigger than those checkpoints in Arizona...

Now that's more like it. Pastor Anderson let slip that he was an "American," but this fellow -- at https://www.checkpointusa.org/ -- is more careful, and instructive. Thanks for the link, a public service. ^

Not too long ago, someone asked either Bloomberg or Kelly if they would ever consider conducting these Constitution-Free Zone checkpoints in NYC. (NYC is clearly inside the zone.) Whoever was interviewed did not say "No." They said "It wouldn't be practical."
