Marriott Rewards (including Ritz-Carlton) - How long do certs usually take

Last night I made an award reservation for May 10-12 then without reading the screens, ordered the corresponding paper certificate for it. After I ordered it I realized it was telling me 10-14 business days for receipt of the cert ...

What is the real time it takes for these? Anyone know where they are mailed from? I figure as long as they get it mailed out sometime this week or even early next week I should get it by May 10 here in Charlotte ... anyone have a comment on this?

I ordered two awards by phone on Wednesday, April 17. The certificates arrived on Thursday, April 25.

Beckles, I have used awards on several occassions and don't think it has ever taken more than a week to receive certs.

the/my free weekend certificates arrived (in Europe) 10 days after I qualified (I qualified early april).

My W14 certificates arrived 12 days after my last qualifying stay has posted.

Well, I hope you guys are right ... the award was issued yesterday (Thursday) ... I'd really like to get it by next Thursday, though Friday would work (just be a bit inconvenient is all ...).
