is it possible to cancel an award ticket within 24 hours of booking with singapore (u.s. travel)? all u.s. airlines do allow that more or less...

Yeah bit light on info but any award redemption can be cancelled and points redeposited but you will need to pay a fee.
US$30 up to 24hrs pre-departure - add another US$75 if cancelled within 24hrs of departure.
