Our family of 3 is booked with Virgin Holidays to travel from the UK to Barbados for a 10 day stay starting on Tuesday, however 1 of us won't be able to make it for this date any longer.
What is the best way of trying to obtain a refund for the person who won't be coming on the holiday?
