Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Virgin Holidays - Family of 3 - Single ticket cancellation?!

Our family of 3 is booked with Virgin Holidays to travel from the UK to Barbados for a 10 day stay starting on Tuesday, however 1 of us won't be able to make it for this date any longer.

What is the best way of trying to obtain a refund for the person who won't be coming on the holiday?

Who have you booked your holiday through? They may be you first port of call.
Virgin Holidays is a completely separate company to Virgin Atlantic and I assume it will all depend on the T&C of your package, as Virgin Holidays don't do flight only deals.

Other options are your travel insurance or asking the question on the Virgin HOLIDAYS Facebook page.
