Credit Card Programs - how do credit card companies handle international addresses?
I will be relocating to China (from US) for a couple of years and possibly longer. I am wondering how do credit card companies handle international addresses? Can I just tell them to change my address and receive all my correspondence in China? Anything to pay attention to (besides forex fees)?
I have cards from Chase, Citi, AMEX, and Barclays. Thanks!
... receive all my correspondence in China?
What would you need to receive through the postal service aside from replacement cards? Statements and all notices should be available online.

that's basically it. Would they send new/replacement cards to a foreign address?
I also wonder if they would send me advertisements, e.g. new credit card signups, balance transfer checks, etc. I don't think I want to receive these though.

I have not had any issues. The only thing that gives me some problems is online purchases and entering the address, I have to enter 00000 for the zip code.
I know my wife has had some problems purchasing things online from us merchants so you may want to try and keep at least one card with an us address if you can.

interesting... I didn't know you can do that.

so you are saying something like, change the Chase address to a foreign address, while keeping Citi with an US address...
would it confuse credit reporting agencies/IRS when you have multiple addresses used for financial purposes? I imagine it must be ok though because you are doing it.
