Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - Opening of A plus pier

Fraport will be inaugurating the A Plus pier on october 10th, as mentioned in the last paragraph of this article (http://www.fraport.com/content/fraport-ag/en/press_center/news_releases/fraport--interim-report--first-half-2012--fraport--increases-rev.html).
