Mileage Run Discussion - Off the cuff run...

Turns out I'm meeting a FT friend in MSY Wed the 15 of Aug, and I don't have to be back to anything until Friday night in Gulfport(GPT). I live in Hattiesburg(PIB). Just to kill some time, any thoughts appreciated on a DL (pref, but you know it's just academic - for fun, so whomever...)run. I 'm still pretty new, so I thought I'd ask for help. Have passport, can do that if necessary. I know the advance is gonna be a killer, but figured what the heck, segment mania is fine.
What would you guys do if it isn't too late for a reasonable(hah) fare.

posting the ticket you are looking at & asking for help to max the mi, would be a good start......

Yeah, too true, I didn't see it that way until you brought it up. My bad. It was supposed to be a request for ideas as to what to do with some spare time in a short window, but I know that was too little advance to capitalize on the unexpected time off.

As it turns out, I got a forensics consultation that came up late tonight, that is pushing my calendar back, so the point is moot. Next time I'll be clearer.

MSY is going to be my closest big hub, esp for DL, so I'll be looking in the future at segment hops or MRs from-to there most probably, especially if i can get in on say that DUB fare from NYC. Or to Asia.
