After going to the MR site several times in the last week, I can't for the life of me find any information on swapping MR points for FF miles (ie, Delta). When you click on "Airlines" under "Use Points", all that comes up is the Pay With Points screen. All airlines have been deleted from the partners section of the site too.

Did AX discontinue miles exchange and not tell anyone, or am I missing something?

I still get the option to exchange when I log in to my account and then from the homepage, click Rewards/Use Points/Travel/Airlines.

If you only have a card which participates in Membership Rewards Express, such as Blue or Zync there is no option to transfer to other programs. If you have a Green, Gold, Platinum or Centurion card use this link:

mia is right. To add, if you don't currently have a regular MR-eligible card but get one later, then all of your accumulated MR points become eligible for FF program transfer at that time.

Got it. Thanks for the clarification!

If I were to get another AX card and drop the Blue that I have, could I still collect a signup bonus from that card? I've had the Blue for about 10 years now.

I don't want to guarantee anything, but it's extremely likely you would get the signup bonus.

There is a one-day special right now of 75K bonus points if you sign up for the Amex Biz Gold card. It has a fairly high spend requirement ($10K in 4 months I think), but it's still a pretty good deal if you can make that threshold. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/american-express-membership-rewards/1374852-limited-time-only-75000-mr-points-business-gold-rewards-american-express.html. They do run this promotion periodically, but if you want to grab it now, take them seriously, at midnight the offer turns into a pumpkin.

Keep the Blue card though, unless you plan to start paying the $175/year fee after the first year.

There's also no real reason to cancel the Blue, as it has no annual fee and canceling it would only decrease your amount of overall available credit.

Definitely. I've had a Blue for almost 10 years, in which time I've gotten signup bonuses from the JetBlue and Delta credit cards plus the Platinum charge card. All those MR points collecting dust from Blue became way more useful when I got Plat.

^^ this. Mine's been in the sock drawer for years, but it's still on the books as unused credit. It doesn't cost anything, so why cancel it?
