Middle East - Getting an EmPower Adapter in DXB or Dubai City

Does anyone know if the Duty Free in DXB sells empower adapters? It looks like I will be on old-config 777 coming out of DXB. I will have a whole day in Dubai in between arriving from Afghanistan and the trip to IAD so if anyone knows of any electronic stores in the city that sell them, that would be fine too.
