Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer - Lounge (shower) at LHR

Hi,
I have the following question:
Will arrive in LHR in October on SQ306 in business class. I was scheduled to connect to an LH flight to TXL, but may now need to go to FRA for a meeting. So I may reschedule my LH flight to go into FRA (I'm on an award ticket and can change without a fee).
I would like to take a shower in LHR when arriving from SIN. Where best can I do this? Is there an arrivals lounge for SQ or am I better of going into *A T1 lounge for a shower? How much time would I need for my connection if I also wanted to take a shower?
Thanks
Chris

No arrivals lounge but the T1 *A lounge is available to you, and it has showers.
SQ arrives at T3 and LH departs from T1 so allow a minimum 2 hours to transit, more if you want time to have a shower.

Minimum 2 hour transit? Why do you say that? The walk from T3 to T1 is about 10 minutes. Are you including the shower and boarding time in the 2 hour window?

Flights can be late arriving (I've lost track of how many hours I've spent circling the UK countryside waiting to land at LHR). If not UK or EU passport then quickest to connect airside rather than clear immigration and connect landside. Buses run every 10 minutes or so, but sometimes the first bus is full or just miss one. Security queues can be long (the worst I've had at FCC took about 90 minutes just in the security queue).
Boarding time is included because if you arrive at the gate too late then you won't be making the flight.
Yes it is possible to have quicker transfer, but I wouldn't count on it.

Thank you guys. That was helpful. I will try to have 2:30hrs, which will hopefully be enough time.

For the OP: as a *G flying on LH, you'll have access to the priority security lane if you choose to transfer landside. Just be aware that only one of the entrances has a priority lane - you need to go through the one near the D/E check-in desks.
The last couple of times I've been on SQ322, it's actually landed early. Because of the need to clear Afghan airspace by a certain time, the late flights have to leave very close to schedule, so consequently they seem to just get ahead of the stack created by the incoming USA flights.
2.5 hours will certainly be ample transfer time whatever route you choose to take.
