Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - S&M Points not getting added

Hello,
I have been frequenting Mumbai-Frankfurt for the past few months. I have made atleast 5 round trips in the first half of this year and each time on one of the Star alliance partner.
However each and everytime, despite giving the Smiles and More Card number, the miles does not get accrued on my account.

THe standard response from the TK team is to courier the boarding pass to their Istanbul office. However if i have an electronic copy of my boarding pass, it doesn't make economical and common sense to send this to their Office in Istanbul.

After my last trip, despite sending 5-6 mails and raising complaints through the website, there is no response for my repeated queries.

Does anyone else face the same problem, and if this is the case, how can this be resolved? So that this kind of faulty programs are not encouraged by other fliers?

First check on this page that the booking class of your flights is eligible for mileage accrual.

Then... nothing special. THY is a sh... in terms of communications. The only thing I could recommend is to send your request again and again, up to once a week, with the scan of your BPs and the details of your claim.
It usually works, but M&S seems to have grown a lot recently and the back office did not follow. The average time for an answer was about a week two years ago. It's now frequently a month or two -when you're lucky enough to receive any acknowledgment of your claim.

Had a MS flight missing recently. TK replied/acknowledged my request in 3 days. It took 2 weeks for MS to confirm with TK the flight in question. IME, it is often not TK that is late but usually the operating airline that needs to confirm the flights over the system.

BTW, e-mailing TK a scan copy of my ticket and BP works for me with no problem.

A flight flown on MS on 08 FEB and not yet credited despite numerous emails was added few hours ago on my account. Well done, only 6 months!!
Maybe the fact I'm Elite Plus helped to accelerate the process of my request ;-)

That is exactly my Hope frontliner.. I am elite plus member too and your response makes me really hopeful!! :)
Is there a possibility to transfer these miles to a new miles and more card and probably report the THY inefficiency across forums!!
