Hello,
I have been frequenting Mumbai-Frankfurt for the past few months. I have made atleast 5 round trips in the first half of this year and each time on one of the Star alliance partner.
However each and everytime, despite giving the Smiles and More Card number, the miles does not get accrued on my account.
THe standard response from the TK team is to courier the boarding pass to their Istanbul office. However if i have an electronic copy of my boarding pass, it doesn't make economical and common sense to send this to their Office in Istanbul.
After my last trip, despite sending 5-6 mails and raising complaints through the website, there is no response for my repeated queries.
Does anyone else face the same problem, and if this is the case, how can this be resolved? So that this kind of faulty programs are not encouraged by other fliers?
