JAL Mileage Bank - Add-on cushion from domestic F?

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy the add-on cushion that they give you on a JL domestic F?

I wouldn't mind one for my office chair but I haven't come across one in shops, here (Europe) or in Japan.

Any pointers would be most welcome.
