Travel Tools - Internet IP Spoofing for cheaper airfare

I want to purchase a ticket that is for sale only in Qatar. I live in Canada.

I priced it out on ITA and found this sales restriction buried in the rules.

Emirates:
Outbound DOH - MLE Oct 15, 2012
Inbound MLE - DOH Oct 20, 2012.

Qatar Price: $535 USD
Canadian Price: $870 USD.

Designed likely to compete against Qatar Airways, is there a way to change my IP address, to accomodate this fare? Changing the Emirates site to Global or Qatar does not reflect the cheaper fare.

Unless you can VPN into a local network in Qatar, so that your IP shows as a local address there. Just a thought...

In that case, you would need to call EK reservations in Qatar to take advantage of this Fare.

Isn't the whole of Quatar using the same IP (http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Qatari_proxy_IP_address_temporarily_blocked_on_Wik ipedia)?

Just find a TA/OTA based in Qatar or use the airlines website with 'Qatar' as the country. No need to fake your ip...

Thank you all for your help. Some wise suggestions in there that I had not considered.

I guess the trust factor of involving a business that you know nothing about through an internet website is the barrier for me. Unfortunately, at the moment it is worth for me to pay the extra $350 premium a ticket for piece of mind than going through a stranger in search of the better fares. I suppose I will try direct with the carrier next time through Skype.
