DiningBuzz! - Food Dehydrator Recipes

I recently a food dehydrator and tried couple different things. Bananas came out not very appetizing and strawberries cam out too sour.

However, my beef jerky came out nicely after 4 hours of drying.

3.5 lbs beef
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white vinegar
6 sp of soy sauce
2 sp of powder onion
2 sp of powder garlic
1 ts of powder ginger
2 sp of course black pepper

What cut of beef?
How was it sliced?
sp = tsp (teaspoon) or 5ml ?
ts = Tbsp (tablespoon) or 14.8ml?

I grow several plants in my garden. Am candy man to the neighborhood felines.:p
