I have a real live business, incorporated for 5 years, 6 employees, a commercial address and phone #, a Costco Amex, a Delta Amex from 6 years ago cancelled 4 years ago, and many non-Amex cards.

I filled out the Dun & Bradstreet form, registered to get e-mails on the Amex website a year ago. But I have never gotten any sort of offer in the mail or e-mail.

I'd jump at the 100K for 5K spend, and probably the 10K.

Any suggestions? I've never had a MR card or account, I've been saving myself for a good offer.

a long time ago I told the credit report companies to stop unsolicited cc offers to reduce junk mail and risk of identity theft. could this be the issue? at the time i was getting a crappy citi or capital one offer 2x a week, but never anything good.

again, I registered for offer emails at the amex website so I don't think the above should matter.

I also noticed the "view my special offers" part of the website doesn't work. it asks me to log in, and after doing so it asks me again, and again, and again.

That's your problem, opt back in and you might see something. It's going to take a while for the offers to start coming back. Targeted offers are for the most part prescreened credit offers, so if you're opted out they have nothing to look at.

Just use the new 75k bonus Gold business card that's available to everyone that's in the other thread.

I second that emotion. You don't need to be "invited." Although you are totally legit, Amex does not even really require you to have a business to get a business card. They will ask a bunch of questions where you have to pretend you do, but in practice they will not ask for proof or anything.

Here's a link to a 75,000 point offer for the Business Gold Card:

Offer expires 8/9/12 though.
