Tried to get mileage credit for a cancelled UA flight a couple of months ago.
Upon providing UA ticket numbers of the original and the rebooked flight on * A partner airline, MP agent puts me on hold; comes back and asks me to fax in tix receipts AND boarding passes for rebooked flights taken on other airline.
Could they not just gather the info from ticket receipts and credit flights?
