Just logged on to FB website and got all the flights you want from NYC or ATL, via either CDG or AMS. Did not search all NA airports though.

To fly KE, I think you have to call FB.

If you are happy with AF or KLM, you can book on line. 160,000 miles (some days after 20 October have 80,000 option) + usual taxes.

As it seems the OP has no status in FB, they may be seeing very little award availability. Reports in the following thread seem to indicate that availability for Ivories has really dried up in the last while:

To investigate availability on KE, you would have to ring Flying Blue anyway, so that should be your next step.

Thanks for this, but via Europe is a long, long way to achieve this, better to head West. Or do I have this wrong?

This is a great reference, many thanks for the link. It explains a lot.
I will try to find a number to place a call.

Not really much longer. It offers much more solutions to connect in CDG, AMS, FCO or MAD as award availability on DL is pretty low.
However, with a quick search, I do not see any availability in Classic Awards, only Flex in J on your dates.

Olive, thank you for taking the trouble to review this, looks like it's going to be another difficult one to achieve.
