I'm guessing this will be a big fat no, but you never know.

If you have an EasyJet flight you won't be able to use, is there any way to use any part of the fare as credit towards another flight?

Yes. You can go Manage my bookings and then select transfer to another flight or change passenger name. You have to do this some hours before the flight you are booked on departs and obviously specify what other flight you want to fly on. The difference in fares (if any) is shown and you will be assessed a handling charge in addition. It is important to compare whether buying a brand new ticket and discarding the one you have is going to be cheaper. (It often is!)
