United MileagePlus (Consolidated) - UA C vs. QR F

With the count down to book QR award tickets nearing it's finale, I just scored (ticketed, confirmed and visible to QR in their system) tickets for next spring. We'll be traveling IAD-DOH-SEZ. IAD-DOH is in F and DOH-SEZ is in C.

My experience upfront has been limited to mostly domestic F on UA and a very few TATL C flights on UA. The same is true for Ms BearDown.

Ms BearDown doesn't travel as much as I do, but she LOVES! a good upgrade. I haven't told her about the tickets yet and I don't want to oversell the experience. But, I'm totally geeked about this ticket. Is there any reason to believe that this won't be the best flight we've ever flown?

Uh....QR doesn't have F on the IAD-DOH leg. :confused:

Sorry. Rookie mistake. Posted too fast. On the way there it's IAD-LHR (UA F) LHR-DOH (QR F) and DOH-SEZ (QR C). Coming home is all C.

Ah...better. Yes, QR F on that route is quite nice. Though I'm surprised you saw it online. You sure the QR flight is in F - I've never seen UA show QR F availability online?
