Club Carlson - How to Book 2-4-1 or 4-4-2 Rates

I just got comped to Gold status after writing CC and sending in my Priority Rewards Club status. In the e-mail they stated I can use the Two for One (2-4-1), or Four-for-Two (4-4-2) Nights rates or package in Africa and the Middle East.

How do I book this because I can't see the rate when I tried booking for a weekend stay in Addiss Ababa or Cape Town?
