I have a coupon for a free day and went to apply it to a reservation later this month. The coupon says it expires September 30, 2012.
I put the code in on the website and get an error that says "coupon expired". I called the desk and they said the coupon expired on July 31, 2012. I told Em that wasn't what is printed on the actual coupon and they said someone will call me back to discuss
Has anyone encountered this before? I have other 'free day' coupons, but want to use the ones that expire the soonest first
